A fine and historically significant 92nd (Gordon Highlanders) Glengarry badge, prominently featuring the Roman numerals "XCII" in the centre, encircled by a laurel wreath and crowned by the British crown. The starburst pattern with detailed battle honours radiates from the cross of St Andrew. Battle honours include “EGYPT”, “WATERLOO”, “GUADALOUPE”, “TEL-EL-KEBIR” and others—testifying to the regiment’s distinguished history during the Victorian era. The reverse retains original lug fixings, typical of Glengarry mounts.
