Early Mauser-era leather charger cartridge belt comprising a row of individual flap pouches (approx. 16), each secured by twin stud fasteners and featuring an embossed/tooled motif to the flap. Designed for carrying Mauser ammunition in 5-round charger/stripper clips. Belt is built on a long reinforced backing panel for rigidity and comfort, with adjustable strap/buckle fastening. Construction and hardware show clear Central European/German influence consistent with Mauser export equipment; .
